#NoDaysOff doesn’t mean you have to kill yourself in the gym every day – it just means you need to do something physical daily. If you’ve already got a fitness routine that keeps you busy 3 or 4 days a week, toss in extra cardio or core work. If you’re not doing anything for your health at the moment, consider going for a walk every day to get yourself started. No matter where you’re at in your journey, a 30 day challenge like this can help you see great results and improve your love for fitness.
